Orders & Pay

Kyroz operates on a prepaid-only model

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 7-9 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

Once this period has passed or the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To ensure prompt assistance, kindly provide:

A clear unboxing video (mandatory)

Supporting images highlighting the concern

Please note:

Damage or defect is limited to manufacturing faults, physical damage, or incorrect items received. Variations related to design, style, color tone, or personal preference are not considered defects.

Replacement Policy

Once a damage or defect is verified, Kyroz will provide a complimentary replacement.

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Replacement will be arranged at no additional cost

We do not offer returns or refunds

Replacements are not applicable for preference-based concerns

Order Cancellation by Kyroz

Kyroz reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to circumstances including but not limited to:

Product unavailability

Errors in pricing or product details

Payment verification or fraud concerns

Quality or fulfillment issues

If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content including logos, images, designs, and text are the property of Kyroz and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Kyroz shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat.

Payments

All payments on Kyroz are securely processed through trusted payment gateway partners.

Net Banking

All transactions are encrypted and secure. Kyroz does not store payment details.

Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (as per bank/payment provider timelines).

GST & Invoicing

All applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise.

A GST invoice will be provided with your order.
