At Kyroz, we are committed to delivering premium quality products crafted with care and attention to detail. We request customers to carefully read our Return & Exchange Policy before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Returns & Refunds
Kyroz does not offer returns or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:
1. Size concerns
2. Color variation
3. Design or style preference
4. Change of mind or dislike of the product
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are applicable only in cases of:
1. Manufacturing defects
2. Damaged products received
3. Incorrect product delivered
If the color fades after the first wash or lint issues are noticed after the first wash, customers are requested to contact us with clear photos/videos for review and assistance.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.
In case any issue, defect, or damage is found, customers must:
1. Take clear photos/videos of the product
2. Submit the details via email within 24 hours of delivery
Claims submitted without proper unboxing proof may not be eligible for review.
Approval & Pickup Process
Once the issue is reviewed and approved by Kyroz, we may schedule a pickup for the product from the original delivery address.
The product must be:
1. Unused
2. In original packaging
3. With all tags and accessories intact
Replacement Policy
After approval, Kyroz will provide a replacement of the same product originally ordered.
Please note:
1. No design, color, size, or product changes are allowed during replacement
2. Only a fresh replacement of the same item will be provided
